Do I need to buy tickets online?
Yes. Tickets are sold via our theatre partners. Online purchase is recommended to guarantee your spot.
Can I refund or exchange my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the festival is canceled.
Is this festival family-friendly?
Shows are 18+ due to mature content.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes, both theatres have concessions available.
Is the festival accessible?
Yes. Both venues have wheelchair access and accessible washrooms. Contact us in advance if you need assistance.
What about parking?
- Orange Hub Theatre has limited street and nearby lot parking.
- Myer Horowitz Theatre has campus parking available (paid lots).
We recommend arriving early to secure parking spots.
Will I be filmed or photographed?
Yes. By attending, you agree that photos and video may be taken for promotional purposes.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
To respect performers, personal recording is discouraged. Official festival photography and video will be captured for promotional use.
What if the weather is bad?
Both venues are indoors. Shows will proceed regardless of weather.
